Better Sensual Activity Through Olfactory Enhancements}

Submitted by: J Dugan

Men in search of tips for better sensual activity are willing to go to all sorts of outrageous lengths for one simple reason: Better sensual activity is just that good! But its entirely possible that many men are overlooking an option right under their noses quite literally. Yes, considering the use of olfactory enhancements in the sensual experience (especially combined with attention to excellent good male organ care) can often lead to even better sensual activity.

Olfactory enhancements

Olfactory enhancements is a fancy way of saying Dont neglect the power of the sense of smell to add spice to the sensual experience. Most people already know the power of other senses in sensual play. The sense of touch is quite obvious, whether its fingers brushing the member or the feel of the manhood enveloped by the female organ. Taste comes very much into play with kissing, and the sound of mood music is often an exciting enticement. And any man who has ever perked up at the mere sight of a beautiful woman passing by knows how important the visual element can be.

But the sense of smell doesnt tend to get as much play as it deserves. Sure, a man will splash on some aftershave or a woman will carefully apply some perfume, to good effect. But smell more often is remembered when it carries a negative connotation, such as a person with body odor or bad breath.

But the fact is that paying attention to using scents and aromas can positively enhance a couples bedroom play.

Tips

So what should a man do if he wants to use olfactory enhancements in his coupling? A few hints are:

1.Consider the other person. Every person is different with different preferences and what may be pleasant or alluring to one man might be off-putting to his partner (and vice versa). A guy may like the smell of roses, but if his partner has a flower allergy, filling the bedroom with roses may be a bad idea. Or one person may find a particular cologne enticing while another wrinkles her nose up at it. Take the time to find out what scents work for ones partner and dont be afraid to simply ask them.

2.Research. Many sites offer suggestions about aromas that are supposed to intensify the intimate experience. For example, vanilla, cinnamon and jasmine are frequently cited as aromas that can help get the sensual motors running. Strike off the list those items that you already know dont appeal to you and/or to your partner. Then figure out the ones that you most want to try out with your mate.

3.Start slow. A few spritzes of a special mixture of scents is a better place to start than pouring half a bottle onto the bedsheets. Scents can linger and be hard to get rid of, so starting out too strong can lead you down an unprofitable road.

4.Expand. When you find something that works, find different ways to disseminate the scent. Vanilla, for example, can be used through baked goods, dabbed behind the ears, scented in sheets or released through burning a candle.

Olfactory enhancements are just one of the tips for better sensual activity, but its up to the man to keep his male organ healthy so he can better enjoy that sensual activity. Regular application of a top drawer male organ health crme (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) is an excellent way to maintain that health. Since the olfactory angle is being explored, be sure the crme includes vitamin A, which has powerful antibacterial properties that fight nasty male organ odor. Any crme worth its salt will also include L-arginine, an amino acid. It plays a crucial role in the process by which manhood blood vessels dilate and become receptive to increased blood flow.

Fire damages building housing Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra

Wednesday, May 21, 2008

At least 170 firefighters in Berlin, Germany battled a fire on Tuesday at the Berliner Philharmonie, the building that is home to the Berlin Philharmonic orchestra.

The fire broke out around 2:00 p.m. local time, while the orchestra was rehearsing, but all the members of the audience and orchestra made it out of the building without injury. Much of the instruments were also saved before the fire grew out of control.

Firefighters had to take off large portions of the metal roof in order to battle the blaze which took almost five hours to bring under control and burned for almost 12. It is believed that welding on the roof may have caused the fire to start, but an investigation is ongoing.

Officials have yet to determine the total extent of the damage, but do say that nearly 17,000 square feet of the roof is burned.

The building, designed by Hans Scharoun, was built in 1963 to replace the previous concert hall which was destroyed in 1944 during World War II. The orchestra was first formed by 54 individuals in 1882.

All future concerts that have been scheduled to take place at the Philharmonie are canceled until further notice.

Bush addresses nation on economic crisis; Congress debates bailout

Thursday, September 25, 2008

United States President George W. Bush addressed the nation on the economic financial crisis from inside the White House saying the economic situation is “serious” and is “in danger” of becoming “a long and painful recession.”

“We are in the midst of a serious financial crisis and the federal government is responding with decisive action,” Bush said in his televised speech.

Bush called for the United States Congress to pass a US$700 billion bill intended to keep struggling companies afloat. He asked the two presidential candidates along with leaders from both parties of Congress to join him for a conference on Thursday.

Last Friday, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson called for a bailout plan that would allow for the United States government to purchase devalued mortgage backed securities, resulting from the subprime mortgage crisis, from troubled financial institutions. Paulson has said that the plan could cost up to $700 billion. Congressional leaders have said that some form of the plan will pass; however, there is considerable debate over several key issues.

White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said that Bush “believes it is important for the American people to fully understand the depth of the crisis in our financial markets, how that crisis affects them, and the urgent need to agree on a solution.” Bush has been criticized for waiting too long to speak in prime time.

John McCain suspended his campaign to return to Washington and work on the bailout bill. Barack Obama has called for another form of the bill to pass and said that Congress should not package the bailout bill with any other bills — such as an economic stimulus plan.

Meanwhile, Congress has held a second round of hearings on the proposed bailout bill. Paulson and Chairman of the Federal Reserve Ben Bernanke testified in front of the House Financial Services Committee. They felt it was a serious problem in need of an immediate solution.

Is, as some politicians have suggested, the bailout plan a “blank check”?

Rep. Barney Frank, Chairman of House Financial Services Committee, says it is “clear” that the financial bailout bill will pass.

Director of the Congressional Budget Office Peter R. Orsza said while testifying before Congress that “ironically, the intervention could even trigger additional failures of large institutions, because some institutions may be carrying troubled assets on their books at inflated values.”

The bailout plan has been called a “blank check” by many, with members of both parties divided on the issue.

Why Designer Glasses Frames In Manhattan From Boutique Shops Remain Popular

 • Get More Information Here:
 • Seo

byadmin

Even though people who need their vision corrected have more options than ever, many continue to buy stylish Glasses Frames in Manhattan from boutique shops. In fact, this particular option is becoming more preferable with so many attractive designs available today.

Shying Away From Laser Surgery

Laser surgery for correcting vision has increased in popularity but has not taken off the way eye doctors expected it would. People, in general, seem a bit skittish about having elective surgery on this part of their anatomy. In surveys, less than half the respondents who wear glasses say they would even consider laser eye surgery.

Giving up Contact Lenses

About six times as many nearsighted people wear glasses all the time compared with contact lenses. Contacts tend to be more popular among people in their 30s and younger. Eyes that become drier with age is a common problem, making contact lenses less comfortable. Some individuals simply get tired of the hassle of dealing with contacts for many years. With a wide variety of impressive Glasses Frames in Manhattan available, they know they’ll continue to look attractive while wearing spectacles.

Avoiding Cheap Discount Frames

Cheap discount frames are available from retailers, but many consumers would rather wear better products from well-known designers. They like the way they look in those frames that are provided at a store such as Charlotte Jones Opticians. They appreciate knowing that they are sporting a fashion accessory created by a talented and respected celebrity designer or endorsed by a celebrity.

Choosing Prescription Lenses for Age-Related Presbyopia

By middle age, most individuals start experiencing a certain level of trouble focusing up close. Even if they don’t need corrective lenses for nearsightedness, they must buy glasses to help them read and do other tasks requiring close-up vision.

Cheap non-prescription reading glasses are available in many stores, but lenses that precisely address the person’s degree of difficulty are better. In addition, a vision exam often finds a slight amount of nearsightedness that can be corrected with the same prescription lenses. That small amount of magnification for both problems makes a big difference in how well these people see.

Parts of internet break as ‘512k day’ reached by routers

Thursday, August 14, 2014

On Tuesday many internet routers, used to find the pathways to different parts of the web, reached their memory limit of 512,000 entries in the tables they use to store the routes, causing problems for many users.

A router is used to direct a user towards the area of the internet where they will find the content they are looking for, e.g. a web page. The recent problem was caused by the arbitrary memory limit built into the design of many aging routers. A limit was needed to prevent the cost of hardware from becoming prohibitively expensive in the days when physical data storage was still comparatively expensive. This small amount of memory in turn limits the number of directions which can be stored on a single router leading to different parts of the internet. When this limit was reached, it caused outages of services among Internet Service Providers. Many routers, including older ones provided by Cisco Systems Inc., are limited to storing a total of 512,000 routes or paths.

This limit was reached on Tuesday, reported to have been triggered by Verizon publishing another 15,000 paths. Those affected included eBay, LastPass, and clients of the web hosting company Liquid Web, who lost much of their services until Verizon withdrew some of these new paths. Problems nevertheless continued throughout the day, even after the withdrawal.

A longer term fix is possible, but it would require manually replacing old routers with newer, more capable ones. It is hard to tell what issues would temporarily cascade though the internet by taking down routers from part of the internet for maintenance. Many experts have warned that problems could continue until these difficult fixes have been implemented, although the recent switch to a newer form of IP Addresses, IPv6, will temporarily help the issue. Wired News reported that Andre Toonk, a network engineer, had stated that the number of network outages on the internet, typically around 1,500, yesterday peaked at 2,587, enough to become clearly noticeable.

Home of controversial book publisher set ablaze

Sunday, September 28, 2008

Four people have been arrested on terrorism charges in Islington, London, England, after a suspected petrol bombing on the house of Martin Rynja, owner of book publishing company Gibson Square.

His company recently sparked controversy after buying the rights to publish The Jewel of Medina, a work of fiction by Sherry Jones depicting the Muslim prophet Muhammad and his child bride, Aisha.

The bombing, which occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning, led to the evacuation of the £2.5 million property in Lonsdale Square. Three men, aged 22, 30 and 40, were arrested at 2:25am BST by armed officers, two in Lonsdale Square, and one after being stopped near Angel tube station.

Police comments suggested that the trio had been under surveillance, and that they had advance knowledge of the plot and simply waited for the arsonists to strike, before arresting them.

On Saturday, a woman was arrested for obstructing police during their searches of four addresses – two in Walthamstow, and two in Ilford and Forest Gate.

Speaking earlier this month, Mr Rynja said that “The Jewel of Medina has become an important barometer of our time. As an independent publishing company, we feel strongly that we should not be afraid of the consequences of debate.” Ms Jones commented that she did not intend for her novel to be offensive to Islam. She noted that she “[has] deliberately and consciously written respectfully about Islam and Muhammad.” She “envisaged that [her] book would be a bridge builder” between Islam and the western world.

Mascots for Vancouver 2010 Olympics based on native mythology

Tuesday, November 27, 2007

The mascots of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia were just announced. Based on mythological characters, they are Miga, Quatchi and Sumi.

Miga, a sea bear who lives in the ocean with her family pod near Tofino, and Quatchi, a young sasquatch, represent the Olympics, while Sumi represents the Paralympics that follow afterward.

A sea bear is a First Nations creature, part killer whale, part Kermode spirit bear. While illustrated as being taller than the other characters, the mascot costume of Quatchi is the same height as the other two characters.

The third mascot, Sumi, an animal-guardian spirit, is a Thunderbird that wears the hat of an orca. Sumi will be the mascot of the Paralympics.

In 2004, the Times Colonist suggested a marmot might be a good mascot, except for their winter hibernation. The organizers still chose one, named Mukmuk, as their “virtual only” counterpart.

After the Olympic logo design was leaked the day before the 2005 announcement, organizers were extremely tight lipped until today’s news conference at a Surrey school. They apparently didn’t do any development on the characters on internet-enabled computers, to ensure the images or information wouldn’t slip out.

The characters were designed by the Vancouver and Los Angeles-based Meomi Design. Their characters have been used as part of iGoogle, a customizable homepage option from Google, as well as Electronic Arts, Girls Inc., Time Out Magazine, Cyworld, Nick Jr., Bang-on Clothing, and CBC4Kids.

The Vancouver organizers have a CDN$46-million merchandising program; previous Olympics have made as much as $100 million from mascot-related products.

René Fasel, Chairman of the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) Coordination Commission commented that “The IOC welcomes these imaginative new additions to the Olympic Family as they take their place on the world stage today – a symbol of the Games and of Canada. We know that when Olympians, Paralympians and visitors from around the globe arrive in British Columbia at Games time, they will fall under the spell of these captivating characters.”

The characters first appearance will be at a Bay store in the Lower Mainland; HBC is a major sponsor of the Games. They will then make their way to schools, take a break through the Christmas season, and fly to Ottawa for the Winterlude festival.

How A Dentist In Pleasantville Fixes A Cracked Tooth

byAlma Abell

If you have a cracked or chipped tooth, you probably feel stressed about the way your smile will looks. However, there is no need to be stressed, since your Dentist in Pleasantville can repair the chipped tooth. The amount of time it takes to repair it will depend on the nature and level of the damage. Here is a detailed analysis of how your dentists will repair different types of chipped teeth.

Minor Cracks/ Chips

If you have very minor cracks in your tooth, the dentist will probably not do much to repair it. He or she will only polish the teeth and ensure that the surface is uniform. For minor cracks, your dentist may use a small amount of composite material to fill in the cracked areas and then polish the tooth.

Severe Cracks/Chips

If you have a severe crack in your tooth, your General Dentistry in Pleasantville will first fill the crack with a composite material. Where the crack is very severe, the dentist will examine the cracks and chips to determine whether the root or the surrounding tissues has been damaged. If the root is damaged, he will perform a root canal treatment on the tooth. He may also have to place a dental crown on the tooth to prevent the crack from causing further damage.

What Causes Cracks in a Tooth?

There are many causes of cracked teeth. Some of the most common include falls or other mishaps, biting on hard things or decay. If the chip or crack is caused by decay, your Dentist in Pleasantville will examine the other teeth to determine if they are affected. In most cases, the decayed area of the tooth is removed and filled. Crowns are then placed over them to maintain a glowing smile. If the decay has damaged the root of your tooth, then the doctors will perform a root canal treatment and crown the tooth to repair the problem.

Even though having a cracked or chipped tooth is quite distressing, your Dentist in Pleasantville can help you repair it easily. However, it is essential to contact him or her right way and book the next appointment available. For more information visit Absecon Dental

Interview with gay marriage movement founder Evan Wolfson

Sunday, September 30, 2007

Evan Wolfson, the founder of the modern gay marriage movement, tells the waiter he would like an iced decaf and “the usual.” Wolfson, one of Time Magazine’s Most Influential People in the World, is a man who unflinchingly knows what he wants and stays his course, whether it be in his choice of restaurant or in his choice of battle. And others always know when they see Evan coming what it is that he wants.

Since his time at Harvard Law School when he wrote a paper on the topic, what Wolfson wants is the right for gay people to marry. The issue gained national prominence in 1993 when the Hawaii Supreme Court held in Baehr v. Lewin that the government had to show a reason for the denial of the freedom to marry, not just deny marriage licenses to the plaintiff gay couples. Wolfson was co-counsel in the historic 1996 Hawaii trial in which he argued that the government does not have a sufficient reason for excluding same-sex couples from marriage. In 1999, Wolfson contributed to Baker v. Vermont, the case that led to the creation of civil unions; advised the lead attorneys in Goodridge v. Department of Public Health, the case that led to same-sex marriage in Massachusetts; and since 2003, when he founded the primary umbrella organization coordinating the efforts to win marriage for gay people, Freedom to Marry, Wolfson has played a role in every marriage equality case in the United States. He is the movement’s founder and leader, and his focus remains square on winning that right. “For years,” said Matt Foreman, executive director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, “many of us were saying to him, ‘We’re not ready. The country’s not ready. And, by the way, you’re crazy.'”

When I make a statement to him about his devoting his life to gay marriage, he corrects me: “I’ve played a part in cases that span the entire spectrum of eliminating gay people’s exclusions and limitations on who gay people are, and I’ve also written on immigration and economic justice, and I have worked on cases involving race discrimination in jury selection and women’s inequality. I don’t think one has to pick one of these things; they work together.”

Indeed, he has. Wolfson was lead counsel before the Supreme Court in Boy Scouts of America v. Dale, the case arguing against the expulsion of gay scoutmasters. As an intrepid young assistant district attorney in Brooklyn, Wolfson worked on People v. Liberta to end the exemption that allowed women to be raped by their husbands legally, a right in New York State as early as 1984. And he helped end the practice of choosing jurors based upon their race.

Wolfson’s entire career has been at the center of the most explosive legal and cultural issues of the last 30 years in the United States, and his influence has been profound. David Shankbone sat down with him to discuss some of the recent decisions affecting gay marriage, gender in marriage and reactions in the gay community to his fight for their rights.

Glasgow cannabis enthusiasts celebrate ‘green’ on city green

Tuesday, April 22, 2014

Coinciding with Easter Sunday, Glasgow Cannabis Social Club’s annual 420 event was held on Glasgow Green, under sunny blue skies, and overlooking the river Clyde. Despite the city’s council attempting to revoke permission for the gathering at the last minute, police were happy for it to go-ahead with approximately a dozen officers attending in high-visibility vests.

The Daily Record reported five arrests were made for minor offences, likely smoking and possession of small quantities of cannabis. Taking a less-sensational — and more accurate — line of reporting, the Monday edition of Glasgow’s Evening News stated five were referred to the Procurator Fiscal who is responsible for deciding if charges should be brought.

Official figures provided by the police were that 150 attended. With people coming and going, Wikinews reporters estimated upwards of 200 attended, compared to nearly 700 who had signed up for the event on Facebook. Hemp goods were advertised and on sale at the event, and some attendees were seen drinking cannabis-themed energy drinks.

“I was searched and charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act (which is a lot of bollocks)” one attendee noted online, adding “not fair to happen on a brilliant day like it was, other than that I had a great day!” A second said they were openly smoking and ignored by police, who “were only really focusing on people who looked particularly young”.

Cannabis seeds were openly and legally sold at the event and a hydroponics supplier brought a motortrike towing an advertising trailer. Actually growing cannabis is, however, illegal in the UK.

With the event openly advocating the legalisation of cannabis, speakers put their arguments for this to a receptive crowd. Retired police officer James Duffy, of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, spoke of the failed United States alcohol prohibition policy; stressing such policies needlessly bring people into contact with criminal elements. Highlighting other countries where legalisation has been implemented, he pointed out such led to lower crime, and lower drug use overall.

One speaker, who produced a bottle of cannabis oil he had received through the post, asserted this cured his prostate cancer. Others highlighted the current use of Sativex by the National Health Service, with a cost in-excess of £150 for a single bottle of GW Pharmaceuticals patented spray — as-compared to the oil shown to the crowd, with a manufacturing cost of approximately £10.

Similar ‘420’ pro-cannabis events were held globally.
